Refunds and Returns

We offer free returns on all items within 30 days of their delivery to you.

To return an item, you must email info@taylery.com within 30 days of its delivery.

We will then arrange for a carrier to pick-up your item free of charge to you, at a date you agree to with us.

When handing your package to the carrier, please ensure the item and its packaging are securely boxed. If you need a cardboard box, let us know in your email to us, and we will provide one for you.

Once we have received your package, please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
