Refunds and Returns

We offer free returns on all items within 30 days of their delivery to you.

To return an item, please email contact@thehouseofteo.com within 30 days of its delivery.

We will then arrange for a carrier to pick-up your item free of charge to you, at a date you agree to with us.

When handing your package to the carrier, please ensure the item and its original packaging are securely packaged.

Once we have received your package, please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
